Bryan Kocis Attorneys and Who's Running Cobra Now

Bryan Kocis' primary attorney, Al Flora, is in our view not the sharpest knife in the drawer. Rather, he's a small-town sole practitioner who specializes in two-bit criminal defense, and was way out of his league with the case against Sean Lockhart.

One of our sources saw at least one letter he drafted on the matter and heard about several others, and the guy definitely seemed like a bit of a dimwit, which is why Bryan Kocis hired Sean Macias to pursue the Sean matter.

But Bryan's sister apparently got rid of Macias and is relying again on Flora. Macias is known to some as an alleged sleazebag, but supposedly does know something about 2257 and other adult industry law, while Flora knows nothing about it.

So it's possible that Bryan's sister is just completely ignorant about the necessity of recordkeeping, or maybe she knows and just doesn't care and figures she'll pin everything on her dead brother if there's ever a problem. We shall see.

There is a Cobra Video LLC that was created in Delaware in 2005 (file number 3956494). It looks like Bryan Kocis may have created a new Cobra Video in Delaware after the first Cobra Video he created in Pennsylvania in 2001 in anticipation of suing Sean Lockhart in San Diego.

If Someone thought that Cobra Video would dissolve with the death of Bryan Kocis, it looks like they were mistaken.

Possibly explosive information

There is a Pennsylvania Cobra Video LLC (created 9/20/2002) AND a Delaware Cobra Video LLC (created April 18,2005).

There is every indication that The Delaware Cobra Video LLC was created solely so that Bryan Kocis could use that LLC to sue Sean Lockhart.

There is also every indication that the Federal Trademark Application on the mark BRENT CORRIGAN is not only not valid, it was never intended by Bryan Kocis to be valid and the application will probably be allowed to expire.

In their counter-claim to the lawsuit filed against them by The Delaware Cobra Video LLC, Sean Lockhart, Grant Roy and LSG Media answered by suing The Delaware Cobra Video LLC, Bryan Kocis and 10 "John Does". Lockhart et al also state that the only other member or manager of Cobra Video they knew of was Robert Wagner

Since Lockhart et al didn't appear to know there was a Pennsylvania Cobra Video LLC, there could be many members of The Pennsylvania Cobra Video LLC that Lockhart et al didn't know about.
